About me

Vitaliy Bilyy - Ukranian Baritone, soloist of the Moscow's "Novaya Opera". Was born in 1975 in Dobrovodi (Ukraina). My career as opera singer was started in 2000 in Odessa's Opera Theatre and my debut was in Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata" as Giorgio Germont. During next years I was lucky to sing in numerous Opera Theatres, like Kiev Opera, Tallin Opera, Kazan Opera, Carlo Felice, Santiago Municipal Theatre, Bolshoi Theatre, Mariinsky Theatre , Metropolitan Opera. I also had tours in Japan, South Korea, Germany, Greece, France, Finland, Cyprus, Holland.

Education

1990-1994 musical college, department of chorus conducting, Uman, Ukraine.

1994-1999 Odessa's state conservatory department of chorus conducting

1994-2000 Odessa's state conservatory - Vocal department.

2003 - Elena Obraztsova Vocal International Competition (St.Peterburg)- Gran Prize.

2004 - Placido Domingo's Operalia - 4-th prise.

2005 - F.Vinas competition (Barselona) - 3-d prise

2005 - M.Cabalie competition (Andorra) - 3-d prise
